Jacki provides services wherever the client calls "home", and may be at a hospital if said client is a patient in the hospital. ("Home" may be the client's actual physical home, a relative's home, assisted living facility, rehab center, skilled nursing facility). Although Jacki is a nurse, she does not provide any nursing or personal care service-. only the care/services listed on website.
The charge is $50 per session, which includes travel time to desired location in Mt. Vernon area (up to 30 minute total travel time). (See FAQ section on charge outside this area).
Jacki will work weekends dependent on availability. Email Jacki with request if weekend visit requested.
Outside of the Mt. Vernon area, there is a charge of $1/mile for travel time.
Yes. You can purchase a package of 5 sessions for $200 (20% discount). The package is valid for 6 months.
24-hour notice is required for full refund, unless Jacki can fill the appointment time with another client, then there will be a full refund of payment.
Jacki will call designated person after services as arranged prior to visit and agreed upon by client (as appropriate).
